Our flooring professionals will inquire if you require your new flooring to be installed when putting together a detailed quote. If you said yes, you'd get an encouraging call from us when your new flooring arrives in-store, asking you to call the store to schedule a convenient installation date. After that, you'll get a confirmation of your fitting date, and the countdown to your dream floor will begin!
What Can I Expect on That Particular Day?
We'll phone you the day before installation to remind you that your new flooring will be installed the next day — as if you'd forgotten! A friendly fitter will arrive at the agreed-upon time, which will be confirmed the day before, allowing you to relax while we handle the rest.
The fitters are happy to transport a modest amount of empty furniture as part of our Delivery & Care package. However, if any objects require two people to force them, please let us know to ensure that good help is available.

Fitting
Whether it's carpet, vinyl, laminate, or LVT, our installers have the knowledge and experience to ensure a precise fit. They'll also install underlayment and accessories such as door bars, grippers, and stair rods. As a result, a new carpet can be installed in as little as 30 minutes! That's lightning fast!
Removal & Uplift
Your old carpet or flooring must be removed before your new carpet or flooring can be installed. It's a dirty job, but our fitting partners are eager to get their hands dirty!
Preparing the Subfloor
A smooth, firm base is required for a beautiful new floor. Our fitting partners can prepare your subfloor for your new bed with plyboard, screed, or a latex smoothing compound, as well as install a DPM (damp proof membrane). Then, when we come to measure your home, we'll check the quality of your subfloor and let you know whether any work is required.
